Our Story
Hearth & Bean began as a folding table at a Sunday market in 2019. A bag of beans, a hand grinder, and the belief that great coffee deserves a great room to drink it in.

We work directly with family farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala — paying above fair-trade prices and visiting growers each season.
Every bag is roasted in our Brooklyn workshop, dated, and rested for at least 7 days before it ever touches a portafilter.
No laptop bans, no rushed seats. We design our cafe like a friend's living room — somewhere you can linger.
"We don't want to be your every-day stop. We want to be the twenty quiet minutes you give yourself before the day begins."
